MFH and InnoVets are joined by the public to plant a sea of American flags at the MFH Memorial to honor each of the Fallen heroes listed on the panels. The flags will grace the Seaport throughout Patriot Week, standing as a poignant reminder of their sacrifice. 

As the anchor event for the program, the Patriot Week Gala unites Gold Star Families, Veterans, corporate and civic leaders, and distinguished guests to raise awareness for the local leaders making an impact in the military community while also paying tribute to the MA military members lost since September 11, 2001. 

Each year InnoVets' entrepreneurship program hosts a Veteran and Gold Star Family-owned pitch competition, giving them the opportunity to showcase their products and services. Businesses present to a panel of judges, and top-voted companies receive prize money to go toward their ventures. 

This annual ceremony unveiled updated glass panels that are inscribed with the names of the most recent Fallen Heroes. This ceremony stands as a poignant tribute not only to these heroes but also to those who have fallen in the past, honoring their sacrifices.

MFH and InnoVets provide an educational program to teach students of all levels about Armed Forces Day and Memorial Day, while focusing on honor, service, sacrifice, character, and duty. The program features options for an in-person presentation or a printable lesson plan.
